Strawberry Chia Jam

INGREDIENTS:

250g berries of any kind, I used strawberries here

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp psyllium husk or flax meal

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)


METHOD: Mash up the berries with a fork and combine with the remaining ingredients - viola!

Alternatively, you can heat the berries over a stove and once hot take off the heat and combine the remaining ingredients.

Now it can keep for a few days in the fridge but mine has even kept for 2 weeks!
