About

Hi, I’m Ilona, the founder of Elements Clinical Nutrition. My journey into clinical nutrition started from a deep desire to help others achieve better health through holistic, evidence-based approaches. I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) with distinction, and as a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), I’m committed to providing personalised care that blends the best of science and traditional wisdom.

Before starting my own practice, I gained invaluable hands-on experience during my clinical placement at Endeavour Wellness Clinic, where I supported a diverse range of clients in an integrative, professional setting. Since then, I’ve been helping clients overcome a variety of health challenges, including hypothyroidism, hypertension, and anxiety, through my business, Elements Clinical Nutrition.

I specialise in women’s health, natal health, and gut microbiome function I tailor every treatment to the individual, recognising that each person’s needs are unique. My approach integrates scientific knowledge, and traditional food wisdom, to restore balance and empower my clients. Whether it’s navigating hormonal imbalances, supporting fertility, or improving digestive health, I’m here to help you take control of your well-being.

At Elements, I focus on creating a warm, supportive environment where education and respect are at the forefront. I’m passionate about giving you the tools to understand your body and make lasting changes. I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey to better health.

element /ĕl′ə-mənt/

noun

  1. a fundamental, essential, or irreducible constituent of a composite entity.

  2. the basic assumptions or principles of a subject.

  3. a particular part of something (such as a situation or activity).

Elements helps to embody the essential role of nutrition in health and self-healing, emphasising that true healing and balance begin with the fundamentals.

Elements are the minerals and nutrients that feed our bodies, the harmony between nature and human health, and the invisible drive within us that seeks balance. They speak to the interconnectedness of all things — natural cycles, ancient wisdom, and the science that helps us align with our inherent vitality.

Take my hand, let’s work together.

What Is A Clinical Nutritionist?

A clinical nutritionist requires a bachelor’s degree that integrates learnings of the foundations of health science (anatomy, physiology, pharmacology), nutrition-specific knowledge (chemistry, nutritional biochemistry), clinical skills, professional and ethical practice, to specialised areas such as mental health to sports nutrition. Alongside learning about the human body in both health and disease, clinical nutrition offers a holistic path to wellness, grounded in the belief that the body possesses an innate capacity for self-healing.
