Lactation hot chocolate
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup unsweetened milk of choice
1 ½ tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast
1-2 teaspoon pure maple syrup (or to taste)
Method
Stovetop method: In a small pot on medium heat, add the almond milk. Heat until milk starts to simmer. Turn heat off and add the cacao powder, lactation booster, and maple syrup. Whisk until combined.
Microwave method: Pour milk in a microwave save mug. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or until milk is hot. Add the cacao powder, lactation booster, and maple syrup. Whisk until combined or use a frother and froth until combined.
